To support the facilities and systems of your concept, Calder CAD can deliver the installation and maintenance of the building structures and infrastructure. Specifically, RC Works, Deep Drainage, Sewerage Systems, Pipework & Facilities Maintenance.

With vast experience of working in challenging environments including Power Stations to open water working for the environmental agency.

Groundworks:

Excavations, Site Clearance, Foundations, Sub-Structure, Formwork, Steel-fixing.

Our groundworks division provide the foundations for your concept to be created. We undertake all the necessary site preparation works including site clearance. Depending on the size of project we can install the Substructures, Retaining wall, Concrete floor slabs, Blockwork, Plot work to DPC, Fencing & Landscaping.

For over 10 years, we partner closely with housing associations to private residential customers, to get their projects out of the ground. We have a small professional team, that can tailor solutions to your requirements, they have catered to various project’s sizes; Single dwelling up to £1 Million to Housing estates.
