Mark Oliver Homes, Cowersley

Calder C.A.D. in collaboration with Mark Oliver Homes developed durable surfacing to allow for the construction of new housing. Site preparation began with the surveying of the area, the removal of excess aggregates and the flattening of current land making a suitable housing environment. Once the foundations were constructed drainage systems were installed to manage water runoff effectively. Construction of the housing was then able to begin. To provide our clients with a suitable living environment we then installed roads, paths and paving to conclude this project. Partnering with Mark Oliver Homes, we have created a desired residential area in both aesthetics and functionality.
