Teaming up with Yorkshire Pro-Paving, this collaboration in Leeds City Centre began with the depth analysis of the site and removal of debris. Next, the team excavated the required depth according to the project’s specifications, setting the foundation. We then installed a geotextile membrane to separate the subsoil from the sub-base material. Following this we distributed and compacted layers of aggregate, creating a strong base with excellent drainage and load distribution. Once the sub-base is level and compact, the final layer was a coloured surface course that combines durability with aesthetic appeal. We apply and compact a mix of aggregate and coloured bitumen to create a vibrant, long-lasting finish. This coloured surface enhances visibility and adds a stylish touch to urban roads. We seal all joints and ensure proper water runoff by inspecting the drainage systems. Our team then conducts a thorough quality and safety inspection to ensure the road meets all standards and regulations.
