Incommunities Building Project Burley & Ilkley

Calder C.A.D. were instructed by Incommunities to construct a number of dwellings. This included groundwork and footings, through to completion. Initially, the groundwork entails site excavation and preparation, followed by the installation of foundations and footings to provide a stable base. Next, brick cavity walls were erected to form the structure of the dwellings, with careful attention to insulation and structural integrity. Tiled roofs are then added to provide weather protection. The final stages encompass interior finishing, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping.
