Incommunities Groundworks Project, Bolton Woods

Housing development brought to life by Calder C.A.D. in collaboration with Incommunities. Calder C.A.D.’s team planned and executed every aspect of the groundworks, maximising functionality and efficiency.  

This project began with site preparation where prior kerbing and foundations were removed. The repositioning and replacement of drainage was an initial step taken to ensure a high-quality result. Areas were then prepared for the groundworks to begin, laying and compacting cement. The team adjusted to original infrastructure, incorporating the new works into the current landscape. Specifications of our client such as the installation of ramps and fencing were accomplished. Maintaining an environment which was still suitable for locals was of massive importance to us, therefore, incorporating constant sweeps and removal of waste was a vital aspect to our works. The project was finalised by a team of bricklayers who established the completion of this project.
